Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and get-insurance-quotes.autos, operated by CODE & CLICK LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). They govern your use of this website (the "Site") and the phone numbers on it that connect you with insurance professionals (together, the "Service"). By using the Site or placing a call through it, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. What we do, and do not do
We are an advertising and referral service. We connect callers with licensed insurance agents and carrier representatives ("Providers"). We are not an insurance carrier, agency, broker, or underwriter. We do not:
- sell, bind, or issue insurance coverage or policies;
- provide insurance, legal, tax, or financial advice, or recommend a particular product or Provider;
- determine your eligibility for coverage, or set or guarantee any price, rate, or discount.
Any quote, offer, coverage, and policy is provided by the Provider you speak with and is governed by that Provider's own terms, licenses, and legal obligations. You are responsible for reviewing those terms before you decide to buy anything.
2. Compensation disclosure
We may receive compensation from Providers when a call is connected or meets certain criteria. This does not change the price you pay. Compensation may affect which Providers we connect you with and how calls are routed. The Service does not necessarily include every Provider or every insurance product available in your area.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and located in the United States to use the Service. Availability of Providers, products, discounts, and rates depends on your state and individual circumstances, and the Service is not available in all states.
4. Calls, recording, and consent
- Calls may be recorded or monitored by us, our service providers, and the Provider you are connected to, for quality, training, and compliance purposes. By continuing a call after notice of recording, you consent to it. If you do not consent, please end the call.
- Calling a number on the Site is your choice. We do not send text messages or use automated dialing to contact you through the Site. Because the Site has no online forms, a Provider will contact you only if you give that Provider your contact information on the call, and then under that Provider's own policies and the consent you give them.
- Standard carrier charges from your phone company may apply. We do not charge you for calling.
5. No guarantee of results
We do not promise that you will be offered coverage, that a Provider will be available when you call, that you will receive a quote, or that you will save money. Any statement on the Site about quotes, savings, speed, or options is general information and not a guarantee. Coverage, discounts, rates, and availability depend on the Provider, your location, driving profile, vehicle, and applicable state requirements.
6. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete information to Providers on your calls.
- Do not place calls for fraudulent, abusive, harassing, or unlawful purposes, or to disrupt the Service.
- Do not use bots, scripts, or other automated means to access the Site or generate calls.
- Do not attempt to interfere with the Site's security, scrape or copy it, or reverse engineer any of its software.
- Do not use the Service in a way that violates any law or the rights of others.
We may block or restrict access to the Service for any user who we believe has breached these Terms.
7. Third parties
The Service involves Providers and other third parties that we do not own or control, including call-tracking and advertising platforms. We are not responsible for their actions, statements, products, services, or privacy practices, or for any agreement you make with them. Your dealings with a Provider are solely between you and that Provider.
8. Intellectual property
The Site, including its text, design, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to view the Site for its intended purpose. All other rights are reserved. Third-party names and marks mentioned on the Site belong to their owners, and their use does not imply any affiliation or endorsement.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site and the Service are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we and our owners, officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Service, or any act or omission of a Provider or other third party. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Some states do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you, and nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless us and our owners, officers, employees, and affiliates from any claim, loss, liability, and expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
12. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. This does not take away any mandatory consumer-protection rights that the law of the U.S. state where you live gives you, and those rights continue to apply to you. You agree that any dispute arising out of these Terms or the Service will be brought in the courts of Kyiv, Ukraine, except where the law of your state of residence gives you the right to bring a claim in the courts of your home state or in another venue. Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us and try in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.
13. Changes to the Service and these Terms
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may update these Terms from time to time by posting the updated version on this page and changing the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
14. Termination
We may suspend or end your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, including a breach of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including Sections 1, 2, 5, 7 through 12, and 15, will survive.
15. General
- Entire agreement. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service.
- Severability. If a provision is found unenforceable, the rest of the Terms remain in effect.
- No waiver. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
- Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
- Accessibility. If you have difficulty using the Site because of a disability, contact us and we will work to help.
